Exploring the Columbia Icefield with Naturalist Peter Duck
Our Premier Interpretive Guiding program is a special opportunity to sightsee with a qualified local park interpreter.
Mr. Peter Duck has lived and worked in Banff and Jasper National Parks for 25 years. His ability to share his knowledge in a fun and lighthearted way has provided park visitors an opportunity to fully appreciate, experience, and enjoy the Canadian Rockies.
Peter Duck's impressive credentials include:
- Masters Degree in Environmental Studies.
- President of the local Banff Naturalist Club.
- Instructor in Natural History for the Mountain Parks Heritage Interpreters Association.
- Involved with Parks Canada as a Park Planner.
- Soon to achieve the Certification of Master Heritage Interpreter.
